Refund Policy

At Gadget Whales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer the following refund policy:

Returns:

• You may return any product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@gadgetwhales.com.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

• If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us at hello@gadgetwhales.com to arrange for an exchange.

Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
